Come out and line the streets of Walkerton as we kick off Falloween Fest 2024 with the Grand Parade! Bands, school groups, public figures, local businesses and more will wind their way from Urey Middle School to the Campus of John Glenn High School on Friday evening.

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm: The Colts in Motion, a large traveling interactive museum, will visit Falloween on Friday, September 20 from 5 pm to 10 pm. This FREE museum is full of Colts history, memorabilia, interactive games, and photo opportunities for fest guests. The Colts vs. Chicago Bears game will be on Sunday, September 22 in Indy. (The mobile unit will be a parade entry, after which it will park along the midway for the evening.)
7:30pm - 9:30 pm Whistle Pigs (band) - Entertainment Tent
The Whistle Pigs Dance Band continues the tradition of versatile musical offerings. Contemporary music, Classic rock, Jazz, Rhythm and blues. It's hard to fit the Whistle Pigs into a single category. Entertaining Michiana audiences of all ages since 1993, these entertainers provide a polished and exciting musical experience.

This 40's Big Band Music group consists of 20 members. This fun band originated in 1992 at Triton High School and has been a fan-favorite at Falloween for several years. |
12:45pm - 1:45pm - Wesley Waffles Children's Show - High School Auditorium
The idea for Wesley Waffles came to Christian Strutz as he listened to some of the old children's music he enjoyed as a kid. He realized that while there were a few hidden gems, most songs were hard to listen to as a grown-up. On his quest to create music geared toward kids but had fun, catchy, upbeat songs parents could enjoy, Wesley Waffles was born! "The Wacky World of Wesley Waffles" offers an engaging kid's show like no other! With fun props, engaging music, and audience participation, people LOVE Wesley Waffles LIVE!
The idea for Wesley Waffles came to Christian Strutz as he listened to some of the old children's music he enjoyed as a kid. He realized that while there were a few hidden gems, most songs were hard to listen to as a grown-up. 2:30pm - Magic Show & Escape Stunts by KALITA Magic - High School Auditorium
Fantastic, Fun, Family entertainment for all ages full of audience participation! Watch as birds appear from nowhere, then witness a silver sphere floating upward on transparent waves of air! Do you dare volunteer to stick your neck out and into the stock of the Guillotine? Come out and watch the show. Who knows, maybe KALITA will choose you as his victim, or rather volunteer!

Christian Strutz is a young singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He writes, produces, and performs various types of indie, alt-rock, and pop songs and performs live music with unique effects such as his loop board, effects pedals, and more.
Christian's popularity started as a graduating high school senior during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, as he introduced his song "Class of 2020." The music was loved almost instantly by folks all over the mid-west. It made a significant impact on graduating seniors all over the country. His talent with the song landed him spots on CBS, NBC, and in newspaper print.

Entertainment Tent Spittin’ Image are two of the most versatile, fun-loving, enthusiastic performers you’ve ever seen. With extensive and outstanding musical skills and a terrific variety of fine-tuned comedy routines, Spittin’ Image will surprise and delight the audience. Blain and Brian Swabb were born and raised, and still live in Greenville (Darke County), Ohio. Identical twin brothers who love to sing and play their instruments as much as they love to entertain an audience, classic country and classic rock are the music they love to perform. 
8:00pm - 10:00pm - Amarillo Sky (band) - Entertainment Tent
Comprised of great musicians from the Michiana area, Amarillo Sky is a modern country cover band that is sure to entertain. They play songs by country artists you hear on the radio every day like Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Lee Brice, Old Dominion, Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs and Keith Urban – just to name a few. Come on out to see Amarillo Sky and be ready to dance the night away! |
10:00 pm - Fireworks!
This great tradition will continue in 2024 with a spectacular display of Fireworks. The best place for viewing the show is from the Carnival Midway, but feel free to find a spot to sit on the west side of the football field. Enjoy time with family and friends as you view this amazing firework show!

12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Acoustically Speaking - Entertainment Tent Known for their excellent mix of rock music from the last seven decades and their creative musicianship, ACOUSTICALLY SPEAKING has entertained north central and northwest Indiana for nearly twenty years! Comprised of veteran musicians from Chicagoland, Chesterton, and Culver, this acoustic band continues to redefine the parameters of acoustic rock. Priding themselves on covering bands and tunes that most people don't expect to hear acoustically, the powerful four-piece (and sometimes three-piece) group has incorporated many of the unusual (and usual) 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000's hits into their performance portfolio.
